Two or three of our skilled project managers will caucus with client’s team to identify the project purpose, establish measurable goals, create the work breakdown structure, estimate the effort, link the tasks with dependencies, and document the plan using the tools familiar to their organization. In addition, the group will engineer quantitative risk assessment and create contingency plans and identify risk triggers. This approach provides both a solid plan and excellent training for the employees. The return will be several multiples of this low investment.
Optional follow-on monitoring and coaching ensures adherence to the plan and continued development and growth of the project team. Our team members employ either traditional project management or agile methods such as scrum as appropriate to your situation.
