WHEN TIME IS CRITICAL Contract Project and Program Managers
Project and Programs are by definition bounded in time. If you need a project or program manager for a few months, TAP-a-PM can provide your organization with a skilled and experienced professional who will hit the ground running. The selection and placement process is quick and efficient and the project will be in good hands in a few days. Our team members have strong experience in many technical fields. The project or program manager will meet with all stakeholders and review all project documentation in the first day or two. He or she will immediately assess the project progress to date and will start from the current situation with no backtracking.
If the project has not been planned, the TAP-a-PM contractor will pull together your team to identify the project purpose, establish measurable goals, create the work breakdown structure, estimate the effort, link the tasks with dependencies, and document the plan using the tools familiar to your organization. Within a week, the plan will be in place and the implementation can begin or continue. Throughout the project or program, your contract manager will summarize progress and identify issues. There will be no surprises. He or she will always provide suggested solutions to problems and will drive to resolution. When the project completes, your contract manager will document the process for your use in future projects.
Billing can be at your convenience: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly in advance with payment net 10 days. If your plans change, you can cancel the contract with two weeks written notice. Because TAP-a-PM is a large cooperative, we can provide another manager quickly in the event of illness or accident.
Our Program and Project Managers can perform any or all of the following functions for your Projects/Programs.
